Amiri Digital

Privacy policy

Last updated November 6, 2026

The short version

  • We collect what you give us (name, phone, email, company, your message) and what our tools record (call recordings and transcripts, chat transcripts, which page or ad brought you here).
  • We use it to answer you, book and hold calls, run our AI chat and phone assistants, measure our marketing and, only if you tick a box, send you marketing.
  • Our tools run on HighLevel (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), Google and OpenAI, so your information is stored and processed in the United States.
  • You can withdraw consent, ask what we hold, and ask us to correct or delete it. Privacy Officer: Daniel Amiry, 289-210-7888, info@amiridigitalagency.co.
  • We do not sell personal information, and we never share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

1. Who we are

Amiri Digital Agency (“ADA”, “we”, “us”) is the registered business name of Daniel Amiry, a sole proprietor based in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada. We build websites, booking systems, call-counting phone lines, missed-call text-back, AI chat and AI phone receptionists, email and text follow-ups, Google Business Profile management, Google and Meta advertising and review programs for owner-run plumbing and HVAC companies in Ontario.

This policy covers:

  • our website at amiridigitalagency.com (the “Site”), including its forms and the /book calendar;
  • the chat assistant on the Site;
  • our business phone line 289-210-7888;
  • texts and emails between you and ADA.

It does not cover how our clients handle their own customers’ information. When we process a client’s customer data to deliver a service (for example, running their booking system or ads), we do so as the client’s service provider under our client agreement, and the client’s privacy policy applies to that data.

Privacy Officer (the person accountable for this policy): Daniel Amiry, Owner, Amiri Digital Agency, 413-195 Deerfield Road, Newmarket, Ontario L3Y 0G4 · 289-210-7888 · info@amiridigitalagency.co

2. What we collect and how

Information you give us

  • Forms and the /book calendar: your name, phone number, email address, company name, anything you type in the notes or message box, the appointment time you choose, and the consent boxes you tick (we record which boxes, when, from which page and which version of the wording).
  • Chat assistant: what you type, and your name, phone number or email if you share them so we can follow up.
  • Phone: your phone number, the time and length of the call, and what you say (see section 5 on recording).
  • Email and text: the messages you send us and our replies.
  • If you become a client: business details, logins you choose to share and billing information. Our client agreement governs that information.

Information created while we deal with you

  • Call recordings, written transcripts and call summaries.
  • Chat transcripts, booking history, notes we add about your inquiry, and our records of what you consented to.

Information collected automatically when you use the Site

  • Your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page and the site or ad that referred you.
  • Campaign codes (for example utm_source and the Google click ID gclid), which we store in a first-party cookie for 30 days so that, if you call or book, we know which ad or page brought you here.
  • The analytics and advertising cookies described in section 7.
  • Technical data recorded by the HighLevel scripts that run our forms, chat widget and booking calendar (for example the page you submitted from).

Information from other sources

  • Public business listings, your company website and your Google Business Profile, when we look at whether we can help you.

Please do not send us sensitive information (for example health, bank-account or government ID details). We do not ask for it and do not need it.

We do not sell personal information. If we ever wanted to use your information for a new purpose, we would ask you first.

5. AI chat assistant, AI phone receptionist, call recording and transcription

Chat assistant. The chat on our Site is answered by an automated assistant that uses artificial intelligence (HighLevel’s Conversation AI, which uses OpenAI’s language models). It is labelled as an AI assistant, it is not a person, and it can be wrong or incomplete. We review conversations and may take over. If you give the assistant your phone number or email, it may continue the conversation by text or email, and it may also answer texts you send to 289-210-7888.

AI phone receptionist. When you call 289-210-7888 and we cannot answer within about 20 seconds, an AI receptionist answers. It tells you that it is an automated assistant and that the call is recorded. It takes your message, answers basic questions about ADA and can book a call. We use the recording, transcript and summary to call you back, to make sure we understood your request and to improve our scripts. We do not use voiceprints or voice biometrics, and we do not use recordings for marketing profiling.

Calls are recorded. Calls to and from our business line are recorded and transcribed, and we say so at the start of each call. If you would rather not be recorded, text us at 289-210-7888 or email info@amiridigitalagency.co instead.

How long we keep recordings. Recordings and transcripts are deleted after 12 months unless we need them for a dispute, a legal requirement or your client file. You can ask for a copy (section 12).

Who processes the audio and text. HighLevel (LeadConnector) and its AI and telephone providers, including OpenAI, process the audio and text in the United States to provide these features.

6. Text messages (SMS)

We send text messages from our Canadian number 289-210-7888 to Canadian mobile numbers:

  • non-marketing messages about your inquiry and booked calls: confirmations, reminders, replies to your questions (including from the chat assistant) and follow-ups about what you asked, if you ticked the non-marketing box or texted us first;
  • marketing messages (tips and offers), only if you ticked the separate marketing box.

Message frequency varies: typically 1 to 4 messages around a booked call, and no more than 4 marketing texts a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help; you can also call 289-210-7888 or email info@amiridigitalagency.co. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full program terms are in section 7 of our Terms at amiridigitalagency.com/terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Our providers store and process your information in the United States and, in some cases, other countries where they operate. While it is there, courts, law-enforcement and national-security agencies in those countries may be able to access it under their laws. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach of security creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and report it to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as PIPEDA requires, and we keep a record of every breach.

12. Your rights

You can ask us:

  • to delete information we are not required to keep;
  • to withdraw consent (section 4).

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (1-800-282-1376, https://www.priv.gc.ca). We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
